Brussels Bonsai has completely earned my trust and long-term loyalty through their exceptional craftsmanship, reliable shipping, and stellar customer service. Having ordered five distinct specimens—a Hawaiian Umbrella, Parrots Beak, Ginseng Ficus, Dwarf Pomegranate, and Barbados Cherry—along with one of their comprehensive guidebooks, I can confidently attest to the incredible quality of their inventory. Every single delivery arrived on schedule or early, protected by meticulous packaging tailored specifically to each tree's dimensions. The custom-molded styrofoam bases securely cradled the ceramic pots, while protective cardboard separators shielded the delicate leaf canopies from damage in transit. Beyond the secure physical delivery, Brussels thoughtful inclusion of detailed post-shipping care booklets ensures each plant transitions seamlessly into its new environment. Furthermore, their support team offers truly top-tier assistance; whenever I reached out regarding specialized care techniques or labeling clarifications, their staff responded promptly, kindly, and attentively, even providing direct email contacts to streamline future support. With superior tree health, industry

Amazing place! Loved looking at all the bonsai trees, I’ll be back soon to get a starter tree! I love that they sell bonsai tools and pots as well. Update: 5/13/26 I have bought two trees from Brussel’s and they are beautiful. One is a dwarf jade the other a precumbens juniper (mounding variety). They have both been acclimated and have sense exploded with growth. Lisa is great, she always takes care of me at the store with amazing customer service. Shout out to Nina the lab for always barking at me for some head pats, she’s adorable. I’ll continue to be a happy customer of Brussel’s Bonsai Nursery!

I want to start off by saying thank you for my tree, it’s beautiful! I also want to thank you for the packaging, I recently ordered from another large bonsai vendor, and I received my tree half dead, with no leaves after 17 days in transit. I remembered how well I had been treated by Brussel Bonsai, so I returned to buy another tree from them instead. I ordered my tree this Monday, It was shipped on Wednesday, and I received it on Friday. And it’s beautiful! The tree came heavily protected with Styrofoam, plastic and is in great shape. No leaves were lost. Also, did I mention…it was less than half the price from the other vendor who sold me a project instead of a viable tree. I will never shop for bonsai online outside of shopping with Brussel Bonsai.
